Emotional

This drinking and driving TV ad tells you the story of a father whose daughter is killed when her boyfriend drives a car in the back of a truck. The boyfriend was drinking at a birthday party before driving, The speaker is appealing to audience's emotions because he expresses how he wouldn't be able to hear her voice, laugh (girl who died in car crash) or see her again. He will never see her get married. He will never cuddle her children. He will never forget having to chose a coffin. Saying how he feels may have impact on us because he's expressing those feelings, in some way we can relate or feel emotional. The emotions are being appealed to sadness. This is created in the audience because humans can have the ability to somewhat feel what the other is feeling. We care because this can happen to anyone who drinks and drives, we also may not be the one drinking. Another car could crash into yours. If you drink and drive, you're a bloody idiot.
